Every traveler entering Azerbaijan, including infants and children of all ages, needs a separate eVisa.

Do babies need an eVisa for Azerbaijan?

Azerbaijan has modern medical facilities, particularly in Baku. For medical visits:
- Select “Medical treatment” as travel purpose
- Hospital appointment letter – Confirmation from Azerbaijani medical facility

- Extended stay possible – Contact State Migration Service for extensions
Business Travelers
Business travelers use the same eVisa system but select “Business” as their travel purpose.

Can I attend business meetings with an eVisa?
Yes. The eVisa covers business activities including meetings, conferences, negotiations, and professional events. However, you cannot engage in paid employment or long-term work without a separate work permit.
Dual Citizens
If you hold citizenship in two or more countries:
- Choose the eligible passport – Apply using the passport from an eVisa eligible country
- Enter and exit with same passport – Use the same passport for entry and exit
- Both passports valid – Ensure 6+ months validity on the passport you use
Diplomatic and Official Travel
Holders of diplomatic or official passports may have different requirements:
- Visa-free agreements – Some countries have bilateral visa exemption agreements

Can I bring my pet to Azerbaijan?
